A few Bellingham biz tidbits

Written by | The Bellingham Herald | July 31, 2012

Here are a few items I noticed in the Bellingham permit applications:

Permits issued:

– At 101 Samish, a permit was issued to convert a former office into a Subway sandwich shop.

Permits accepted, but not yet issued:

– At 4184 Cordata Parkway (in the former Avenue Pita space, near the Department of Licensing) a tenant improvement to put in a health club/dining tenant.

– At 1201 11th St. in Fairhaven, a tenant improvement permit to put in a retail tenant.

– At 402 36th St. (near REI) plans to convert a former juice bar into a Domino’s pizza place.
