A few biz tidbits

Here’s a few interesting items I found in recently submitted Bellingham building permit applications/approvals:

– Panda Express was approved to put in an eatery in the Bellis Fair mall food court.

– Conoco will be occupying some office space on the second floor of 11 Bellwether Way.

– Sign applications were filed for the new WinCo grocery store going into the former Joe’s sporting goods building at 300 Bellis Fair Parkway.

– Construction work has begun on the next apartment building at 1020 Railroad Ave. (near Depot Market Square). Permits were filed to build the parking garage portion of the building, which will have 60 apartment units.
