Toolhouse Inc. recently  moved into the Gaston Bay Building at 2925 Roeder Ave., near Bellingham Cold Storage.

Toolhouse previously occupied space in an office building nearby on Bellwether Way. The company leased about 6,000 square feet of space, or most of the second floor,  said David Christensen of Christensen Design Management.

Toolhouse (toolhouse.com) is a digital marketing agency that invents digital experiences that help medical and technology brands grow. Since 1995, Toolhouse has worked with a variety of companies such as Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Genzyme, Intuit, Symantec, and Philips. The new Toolhouse office was custom designed for 25 employees, according to Christensen.

This redeveloped waterfront building is being certified as a GOLD LEED project by the U.S. Green Building Council.

The Gaston Bay Building was developed by Gaston Bay Development, LLC. The architect is Christensen Design Management and the general contractor was Franklin Corporation.

Toolhouse joins Attachmate in this building, known for its heavy timber character and numerous windows facing Bellingham Bay.
