Matt Mullett, who has been the co-owner of All American Marine since 2003, has purchased all the remaining shares of corporate stock to become the sole owner of the boat building company.
Mullett purchased the rest of the stock from Pat Pitsch, the founder of the company. Originally known for its 32-foot aluminum bay and charter boats, the Fairhaven company has since built a variety of other vessels, including patrol boats, research vessels and high speed passenger ferries.
In two other company moves, Joe Hudspeth was promoted to vice president of business development and controller while Del McAlpine was promoted to vice president of finance and corporate treasurer.
