Someone pointed us to an online job listing that might cause some controversy in Bellingham (it’s pasted below). I haven’t seen anything in building permits or businesses licences that suggest this business is coming, but we’ll keep looking. Here’s the link to the job listing.

Dave, did you get your application in yet? I can’t confirm that there is really a company opening a Bikini Baristas in Fairhaven, but it wouldn’t surprise me. I am actually a little surprised that someone hasn’t opened one already in Bellingham.

Hopefully the newspaper business will keep me busy enough; I would be terrible at making coffee.
Last year there was a rumor that the coffee stand on State and Magnolia streets (formerly City Blend) was going to go with bikini baristas, but the owner said she didn’t think it would be accepted in Bellingham. That coffee stand was only open for about a month.
