Molly DenHartog was recently promoted to catering and events manager at Jake’s Western Grill. Her duties include food selection and décor planning.
As the official caterer for headlining acts at the Northwest Washington Fair, Jake’s Western Grill has fed celebrities like The Oak Ridge Boys, Heart, Clint Black, Charlie Daniels, Randy Travis, Chicago and Foreigner. The BBQ restaurant also provides catering services for Lynden’s PRCA Rodeo.
“Jake’s caters corporate and private events of all sizes. On any given day I may be organizing a formal prime rib dinner for 300 wedding guests, scheduling a BBQ lunch for a local business, or spending an entire day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to celebrities and their crews at the Northwest Washington Fair. Managing catering and events for the restaurant is an exciting job; it’s a lot of hard work but I really love the variety,” said DenHartog in a news release.
