Bright Outlook Window Cleaning recently was launched to meet the needs of residences and small businesses in Whatcom and Skagit counties.
The Lynden-based business was founded by Scott and Marlys Taylor. Bright Outlook Window Cleaning is a member of the Lynden Chamber of Commerce and the International Window Cleaning Association and is bonded, insured and licensed. They handle interior and exterior windows of buildings under three stories high.
