A building permit was filed at the City of Bellingham to convert the Three Trees Coffeehouse space at 118 W. Holly St. (near Banditos) into a tavern called Tubbs. I don’t have much more information than that, so I’ll see if I can track it down.
Also, a permit was also filed for a new hair salon in Meridian Village (near Marshalls) called Zorganics.
