Another store is opting for the midnight opening on Black Friday. Here’s a (link) to an article from The Associated Press talking about Target’s plans.
Last year several stores in Whatcom County opted for the midnight openings for the first time on Black Friday. I’m guessing this area will see more stores opt for midnight, rather than3-4 a.m. kick-off.
