The Outlet Shoppes at Burlington recently announced the opening of a 4000-square-foot Justice clothing store next to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
Justice is a spin-off of Limited Too, focusing on the tween (7-14 years of age). The company also has a store at Bellis Fair.
