Man beating a dog at the corner of Grand & Lottie in #Bellingham. People trying to intervene, but he’s fighting w/them. Cops en route.

Looks like the Samish Way crash is clear/mostly clear for drivers. Tows were requested for the big trucks at the Meridian crash a few ago.
