8:22 a.m. Elementary school student “very upset that she lost a $5 bill on your bus today, so please check carefully.” Bus driver replies: “I’ll pull right over and look.”

8:45 a.m. Police frantically looking for a child’s car seat they can use. Possibly a child abuse or domestic violence case. The kid sounds very young. At 8:59 a.m., officers radios: “Transporting male with child to the station.”

9:29 a.m. A man is reading and driving. Didn’t catch the location, and there was no followup.

11:05 a.m. Somebody reported a light isn’t working in an old dark room (like for developing photos), possibly on Western’s campus.
