Update: See bottom of this post.
A suspicious package has suspended operations at the Whatcom Transportation Authority bus station in downtown Bellingham.
Few details about the package — and what made it appear suspicious — were available, but buses were on alternate routes as of 4:15 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30.
