Halloween Haiku Contest

iDiOM’s Theater’s Halloween Spectacular at 8 p.m. Oct.31 at Blue Horse Gallery will feature the presentation, judging, and ultimate crowning of the best haikus submitted to our contest.
You can submit your haikus by:
1) Posting them on this page (http://www.facebook.com/events/290162294421237/)
2) emailing them to idiomhalloween@gmail.com
Please include your name and contact information.
Anonymous haikus will be read as well, but not included in the contest.
We will read as many haikus as we can at the event, and the winner will be decided by audience response at the event on the 31st.

THE WINNING HAIKU POET WILL RECEIVE:
1) Applause
2) Adoration
3) Envious glances
4) An all-show pass to iDiOM’s five-week Serial Killer Tournament.
*If you are not in Bellingham, already have a SK pass or
hate theater, we will get you something nice.
5) Love

Haikus are traditionally 17 syllables lines of 5/7/5
We encourage haiku’s of horror, beauty, halloween themes.
They can also be terrible.
