The Downtown Bellingham Partnership invites you to join other art lovers to explore downtown’s diversity of art venues from 6-10 pm on Friday, October 2 in downtown Bellingham. Talented artists, unique galleries, delicious restaurants and invigorating cultural experiences await attendees of the monthly Art Walks in downtown.
October Downtown Art Walk will feature art at the following locations:
Benefit Day of the Dead Art Show for Precito Eyes Mural Art Center in the Mission District of San Francisco at the Lucky Monkey. Various local artists and artists from San Francisco, New Orleans, Mexico and Peru will have work in the collection running October 2-November 5. Opening 6-9:30pm.
Gathering Glass Designs is showing the work of the “ReGrowth Society” - Seattle’s premier collective of creative persons whose artistic endeavors span the entire gamut of creative disciplines. The title of the show is: “reintroducing…” We will have beverages and snacks.
Red brick road to red brick walls. INNATE is delighted to announce our re-surfacing on State St. for an open house celebration for good friends, old friends, and new friends alike. Fresh tee’s all night long!
3 OMS YOGA will showcase watercolors by Maureen Braun. Each painting depicts a figure in a variety of yoga poses. A true artist and yoga teacher herself, Maureen Braun has produced a 2010 calendar with the paintings which will also be available for sale. Meet the artist (and some of the models too!) at our reception. Enjoy music and refreshments too!
