Geez, just in case you couldn't figure out where to go buy a paper... And if you go ahead and buy one for posterity, make sure to photocopy it or something, because the cr@p they print this rag on will start biodegrading on it's own within about 24 hours. Good luck saving one for your kids, unless you put it under hermetically sealed protective glass like the original Declaration of Independence, or maybe one of those "space bags" they sell on TV would do the trick...

If you want a free paper, look in the garbage can at any stock and bond brokerage house in the country. You can find plenty with authentic wrinkles.

Oh man, I'll bet the Birch Bay guy who spent $5000 to buy 10,000 copies to sell later wishes you hadn't mentioned this!

Actually, the Herald deserves kudos this time. The front page of its post-election edition elegantly captures the moment with an appealing photo and historic text.

Read carefully the four paragraphs from McClatchy, well presented in expanded font. This is great, classic journalism. Sweeping yet detailed, it captures the essence of Tuesday night in epic, yet economical style.

Bravo Herald!

Rick

Thanks for sharing those recipes! They look really great, and I'm always looking for those quick fixes when I get home. there was just an underlying stress in the house. Not a good feeling! So glad things are better...for both of us!
