More paranormal behavior in the Bellingham police logs

Location: 500 BLK GRAND AV
Offense: MENTAL PROBLEM
Officer took report from female stating she is being harassed telepathically. Suspect has not successfully been determined to be an actual person.

That's some funny stuff. I don't think BPD will be setting up a Psi-Crimes Division anytime soon, but I do kinda feel sorry for the poor woman.

In regards to the "Fake checks still stinging Whatcom County residents" I too recieved a check and took it to the police, they said take it somewhere else etc.. etc.. My check is now somewhere buried in my closet, and everytime I find it, it's good for a laugh!! however I am sympathetic to all those who have and will be continued to be scammed.
