    Inside Mann
    By Ken Mann
Ken Mann was elected to the Whatcom County Council in November, 2009. His term runs from January 2010 to December 2013. Ken served on the Whatcom County Planning Commission for six years and was Chairman for two years.

Ken has a background in finance and civil engineering. In 2004, Ken and his wife, Amy, formed their own real estate company that specializes in the restoration of older, historical buildings within existing urban areas. Between 2008 and 2009, Ken also hosted a radio talk show on KGMI 790AM.

Ken and Amy have three adopted dogs. Jake and Max came from the pound and the new puppy, Pata, was rescued by Amy while on vacation in Peru.

This blog contains the personal opinions of Ken Mann and does NOT represent official policy or statements of the Whatcom County Council or Whatcom County government.
