Trish Harding, owner of Studio UFO, works on a painting during an open painting class that met Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, in downtown Bellingham. Harding said she wants to bring artists together to share ideas and create a space so that they can just paint. The class meets weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., to work on their pieces and to get group critiques.
