Former Seattle Mayor Norm Rice will speak at the Bellingham City Club this week about “regions at a crossroads” and how governments function.
Rice will discuss how government currently works and chat about whether regional planning may be more effective.
The meeting takes place at noon Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Northwood Hall, 3240 Northwest Ave. Members of the non-partisan club pay $11 for the buffet lunch and non-members pay $16.
