Citigroup stockholders vote no on executive pay package

Under the much-criticized Dodd-Frank financial regulatory law, corporations must submit their executive pay plans to stockholders for an advisory vote. At some companies, stockholders are voting no.

The most recent example is financial giant Citigroup. Reuters reports.
