‘After Newtown’ forum to focus on mental health, safety

People interested in mental health and public safety can attend a forum at 7 p.m. Feb. 19, in the Bellingham High School Auditorium.

The forum, which grew out of the Sandy Hook school shooting, will include local law enforcement and mental health authorities.
