College cost info to let students know price of higher ed

In an effort to help parents and students understand the full price of attending their chosen college, some schools are now including a costs “shopping sheet” along with acceptance letters.

About 300 schools have agreed to include the information, which shows what a typical student borrows for their education and the costs to pay back that loan over 10 years.
